Look at a spot straight ahead and then look straight up to an imaginary 12 o’clock position, which should be held for about two to three seconds. After returning to the spot straight ahead, look towards the 1 o’clock position also for two to three seconds. Every clock’s positions should be repeatedly reached.

Go around a clock with closed eyes

Another type of exercise is to go around the clock with the eyes closed. In detail, it is firstly necessary to imagine a clock in front of the eye. And try to “focus” on each of the points of the clock sequentially. Repeat this process several times. This kind of eye exercise does help the eyeball move normally and keep flexible.
